The movements in this training are tough. Keep in mind that it’s okay to experience discomfort but not PAIN during your sessions !

Note that if you feel any discomfort, just breathe into the stretch and push through it. With time, your body will relent and you’ll feel the stretch in the muscle deepen. However, if you’re in PAIN, modify the stretch.

Also, you may be holding some poses for up to 5 minutes, so make sure that you’re listening to your body by taking breaks when needed.

Repeat these sessions weekly for 6 weeks to see the difference ! / Be consistent to see the difference!
