The hypertrophy program for beginner is divided into 2 phases :

The 1st phase : Focuses on an introduction to the hypertrophy workout (each exercice intensify and It’ll show you the proper training moves).

The 2nd phase : Focuses on targeting the upper and lower body with more intensity. Keep in mind that your physical shape is a priority.

The intensity and volume of training will go up with every new phase. We’re looking for results and progression here!
