This program aims to target the upper and lower body while losing overall fat loss and increasing muscle tone. It’ll show you the proper moves for your training.

The fat loss program for women is divided into 2 phases :

The 1st phase : Targets the upper and lower body - in circuits  

The 2nd phase : Targets the upper and lower body – in circuits – with more intensity and training session.

The intensity and volume of training will go up with every new phase. We’re looking for results and progression here !
