Period of 8 weeks - 3 different training sessions each week.
Definition: Weight loss, as its name suggests, is what you will do to lose fat, and refine your overall silhouette, by separating loss of fat mass and loss of dry mass (muscles).
Concept: In addition to a diet that will play a major role in your training plan, it’s important to strive for a physical expenditure to avoid losing muscle mass. It will allow you to keep a good metabolism and therefore help you to lose the excess fat.
The program aims to optimize overall health, improve your immune system and lose fat while maintaining muscle mass ! It’s adjustable and is adapted to your daily life.
Divided into 2 phases:
1st phase : An introduction that consist in two full body workouts and a specific leg day
2nd phase : A split between a Half Body and a full body workout.
Different intensification methods are used such as tempo, isometry, superset, as well as Cluster.
