Definition : Hypertrophy consists in the growth of body tissue. It starts when physical activity increases.

Concept : In order to trigger hypertrophy, you must have an important mechanical stress in order to make the muscle work. It’s the reason why it’s strongly recommended to use weights during training.

The program aims to optimize overall health, improve your immune system, increase muscle mass as well as your strength ! The hypertrophy program is adjustable and is adapted to your day to day life.

Divided into 2 phases

1st phase : A split training introduction

2nd phase : A Half Body workout to have the maximum of training during your week.

Different intensification methods are used such as tempo, isometry, superset, as well as Cluster.
