Period of 8 weeks - 3 sessions of training per week

The program aims to optimize overall health, improve your immune system, increase muscle mass as well as your strength ! The hypertrophy program is adjustable and is adapted to your daily life.

The program is divided into 2 phases :

The 1st phase : Starts with a split workout introduction

The 2nd phase : Is focused on a half body workout allowing you to integrate as many training sessions as possible within a week.

Different intensification techniques such as tempos, isometry, supersets, as well as drop sets are used.
