The program aims to optimize overall health, improve your immune system and lose fat while maintaining muscle mass ! The fat loss program is adjustable and is adapted to your daily life.

The program is divided into 2 phases :

The 1st phase : Is focused on an introduction to a half body workout and a full body day

The 2nd phase : this step consists of 3 full body workouts to increase caloric burn

Different intensification techniques such as tempos, supersets and drop sets are used
