General Online Personal Training Inbody
You choose a coach, then the plan that suits you best. You can also opt for the free strategy call to chat with the coach first. We then guide our clients by videoconference once a month. Clients have a recurring appointment, which is arranged with the coach. This one will take the time to create and prepare your programs, then to follow your progress through the follow-ups, while making the necessary adjustments.

A consultant is usually an expert in a specific industry. He will give you answers to all your questions and can even implement strategies and programs for you.

A coach will ask you to probe questions to bring out your unique abilities, help you create a vision and plan, and stay with you as you implement changes.

A coach holds you accountable for what you say you will do, inspires you to do more than you would on your own, and helps you overcome limiting beliefs that keep you from being successful.

We are both consultants and coach.

Yes, this is very important! Make sure your coach is certified. There are a lot of people who call themselves coaches today who haven't received any formal training.

Many have decided to add the word “coach” to their title in hopes of catching the coaching train. Make sure that your potential coach has received specific coach training from an accredited coach training school in Quebec.

The results often depend on you and your determination not only to follow the coaching program and my recommendations, but also to decide that nothing will stop you from achieving the results you desire.

As often as you want! Your coach will ask you how many days you want to train and create your plan based on your preferences. You can change your training schedule at any time, and your plan covers monthly workouts and unlimited support from your trainer at no additional cost.

No. We have no hidden fees, charges, or contracts. The only thing you will be charged is your monthly subscription.

All the types of workouts you want! Tell your trainer what your favorite types of exercise are - whether you do HIIT, yoga, weight training, running, swimming, rowing, bootcamping, hiking, biking, or whatever else you do. can think of. Your coach will incorporate your favorite training methods into your plan.

Yes! Your coach will text you throughout the week to provide feedback, get your feedback, adjust your plan, and keep you on track. But you can also text your coach at any time, and he will get back to you as soon as possible.

It's great that online workouts have given so many people access to better fitness options, and if you're consistent in doing the right ones, they can be very effective. But no single program can deliver the same results - or consistency and accountability - as a program designed specifically for you.

Working with a coach ensures that you are doing the workouts that will give the results you want and gives you the responsibility that only comes from working one-on-one with another human. Fitness should also be holistic - nutrition, sleep, and wellness all play an important role in how you achieve your goals - and a trainer can help you address all the elements you need to be successful.

Our coaches can develop the perfect plan for any goal or ability level. Whether you are a complete beginner looking for a program you can stick to, an expert looking to save minutes on your running time, or someone in between, your trainer will create a plan that works best for you.

Good form is essential, and we built Everwell to ensure customers practice the best possible mechanics of movement.

We have given a lot of thought to how we enable coaches to create programs so that they can be learned for a given level of experience through an app.

You'll see step-by-step demonstration videos for each movement - as well as advice on your trainer's form - in every workout you do in our app. Your coach will also ask you to take videos of yourself and send them for the more difficult movements.

If you have any questions, you can also comment in the app and your coach will get back to you. And your coach will encourage you to use our alternate feature to replace anything you're unsure of.

Absolutely! Just let your trainer know about any existing routines you'd like to stick with, and they'll fit them into your plan.

If your healthcare professional has allowed you to exercise, working with a personal trainer can be of great benefit in preventing or managing many common chronic illnesses and injuries. With Everwell, your trainer will build your exercise routine to meet your specific needs.

We want you to be completely satisfied with Everwell service. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can email info@everwellpro.com and we will work with you to fix it.

Working with an online coach through text, video conferencing, and an app can be a much more effective way to get the results you're looking for. You will waste less time and money coordinating schedules with your trainer and use your time wisely by focusing on your daily training / nutrition program and overcoming the obstacles you face.

Everwell connects you with a dedicated and certified coach to help you achieve your physical health goals. Your coach will work with you to develop a daily training and diet plan and encourage you with continued motivation and responsibility!

Most of us need human support and accountability to achieve our fitness goals. Unfortunately, traditional coaching services are prohibitively expensive for the most part. Everwell gives everyone access to all the benefits of a one-on-one relationship with an expert personal trainer at a fraction of the cost.

Unlike conventional trainers who charge per session, Everwell trainers offer unlimited workouts, meal planning, and Q&A for a flat, affordable monthly fee. We want you to progress as quickly as possible!

Absolutely. The daily interaction you will have with your dedicated trainer means you will have all the guidance, support, and accountability you need to achieve your goals and more. Check out our customer reviews to see how effective online training can be!

The InBody Score is based on a formula that compares weight, muscle mass, and body fat. A person with a high body fat percentage would score lower than a person with a lower body fat percentage. The reduction in body fat would increase the InBody score.

Body composition measurements on InBody products are used in a variety of organizations and facilities, including:

• Colleges and universities;
• Hospitals, research institutes;
• Professional and non-professional sports organizations;
• Assisted and independent living communities;
• Corporate well-being programs and providers;
• Primary care physicians;
• Weight loss programs and facilities;
• Public and private school systems;
• Government agencies;
• Public and private recreational facilities;
• Medical spas;
• Anti-aging facilities;
• Fitness centers;
• Gyms and health clubs;
• Human performance laboratories;
• Home health;

Changes in body weight and water can occur with the introduction of meals and fluids, or with a change in the environment. The circulation of body water can also cause changes in the distribution of water throughout the day. It is recommended that the tests be repeated under the same test conditions, in the same environment and at the same time of day as the initial test.

Other methods of measuring body composition include DEXA, hydrostatic weighing, air displacement, and anthropometric calipers.

Historically, there has been some skepticism about BIA technology, devices and results. However, InBody technology addresses these concerns with its technological features and offers high accuracy and precision for total and regional body measurements.

Impedance is the frequency-dependent opposition of a conductor to the passage of an alternating electric current. Impedance is made up of two main properties, resistance, and reactance.

InBody provides segmental impedance values at different frequencies to enable precise analysis of the human body. Since reactance is the force of interrupting the flow of alternating current, it increases in proportion to the integrity of the cell membrane. Therefore, the reactance and phase angle decrease when the number of cells is low, or the cell membrane is more permeable or unhealthy.

The more water there is, the lower the impedance.

InBody devices use Direct Segmental Measurement Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (DSM-BIA) to accurately measure body composition by sending multiple electrical currents through the body, resulting in up to six readings of different impedance for the trunk and each of the four limbs.

The innovative in-depth analysis of the InBody test gives accurate results for body composition outputs, such as body fat, skeletal muscle mass, lean body mass (segmental) and body fat percentage.

The volume of body water is closely related to the body mass without fat. When lean mass is subtracted from total weight, body fat remains.

Adhesive tape electrodes are usually placed on the wrist and fingertip. The voltage line and the current flow line always overlap from a certain point, and this point is the starting point of the measurement. However, it is almost impossible to place adhesive electrodes in the exact same place every time, so the starting points of the measurement may differ. Rather than tape electrodes, InBody devices use touch pads. The voltage line and the current flow line overlap at the same point and allow a safe and repeatable measurement starting point for everyone.

Using multiple frequencies improves accuracy and precision. At a single low frequency, it is difficult for electric currents to penetrate the cell membrane and assess intracellular water. As the frequencies increase, the electric current is more able to penetrate the cell membrane and accurately measure intracellular water.
