FAQ
A coach will ask you to probe questions to bring out your unique abilities, help you create a vision and plan, and stay with you as you implement changes.
A coach holds you accountable for what you say you will do, inspires you to do more than you would on your own, and helps you overcome limiting beliefs that keep you from being successful.
We are both consultants and coach.
Many have decided to add the word “coach” to their title in hopes of catching the coaching train. Make sure that your potential coach has received specific coach training from an accredited coach training school in Quebec.
Working with a coach ensures that you are doing the workouts that will give the results you want and gives you the responsibility that only comes from working one-on-one with another human. Fitness should also be holistic - nutrition, sleep, and wellness all play an important role in how you achieve your goals - and a trainer can help you address all the elements you need to be successful.
We have given a lot of thought to how we enable coaches to create programs so that they can be learned for a given level of experience through an app.
You'll see step-by-step demonstration videos for each movement - as well as advice on your trainer's form - in every workout you do in our app. Your coach will also ask you to take videos of yourself and send them for the more difficult movements.
If you have any questions, you can also comment in the app and your coach will get back to you. And your coach will encourage you to use our alternate feature to replace anything you're unsure of.

InBody provides segmental impedance values at different frequencies to enable precise analysis of the human body. Since reactance is the force of interrupting the flow of alternating current, it increases in proportion to the integrity of the cell membrane. Therefore, the reactance and phase angle decrease when the number of cells is low, or the cell membrane is more permeable or unhealthy.
The more water there is, the lower the impedance.
The innovative in-depth analysis of the InBody test gives accurate results for body composition outputs, such as body fat, skeletal muscle mass, lean body mass (segmental) and body fat percentage.
